Clavicula Salomonis Regis
Translated by Samuel Liddell MacGregor Mathers
Edited with an introduction by Aleister Crowley
Illustrated Second Edition
ISBN - 10: 0-87728-847-X
ISBN - 13: 978-0-87728-847-3
A book of magick/esoteric philosophy, methods, rituals, and cool little pics of demons and the various seals which represent their power. The book and its contents obviously go hand in hand with those of the Key of Solomon, together providing the ultimate guide to working with Angels and Demons.
For anyone interested in the occult side of magick or wanting to start employing some occult philosophy in your workingings then this is one of the texts that should be on your shelf.

1. It's not a book about philosophy 2. the seals don't represent the power of the demons 3. it has nothing to do with angels 4. It's not a book for people "wanting to start employing some occult philosophy in their workings"
It's a serious and seriously dangerous book that you shouldn't be reccomeding to people for a light hearted bed time read.
ffs.

1) Magick is a philosophy, a way of thinking and acting. 2) The sigils represent the demons and by extention their power. 3) It depends on your perspective, some of these creatures are nephalim (fallen ones) 4) It is one of the main works on the occult and so is perfect for that, it could be for anything really, propping up a table, toilet paper etc.
It is not a dangerous book, reading it or owning it will not destroy your soul, books are not dangerous, people are and I did not say it was light hearted.
I love these little chats of ours, see you soon John.

I think we both just have very different ideas about the occult, what it is, what it's for, what these creatures are, and I like that, it's good for discussions and learning but we may never agree lol.
