Ok, so for those of you who don't know, my name is Jack Thistlewood and I am the president of KUPOS as well as its founder.
I decided to create the society after talking to people at KRAP and discovering there was a great amount of interest in the subject, so I roped in John and Iain to give myself an exec. committee and the Union consequently let us have a stall at the freshers fair, the rest is history.
As for my pagan beliefs, it's very simple, I'm an omnitheist, I believe every deity is as real as the next, at least in terms of proof of their existence or anything like that, so I believe in all of them. I just choose to limit the influence of some deities in my life and invite others to keep an eye on me, or take part in a ritual or have a drink etc. I'm also more than willing to include other magickal beings in my work, demons, angels, fae, anything really.
My broader pagan beliefs tend more towards celtic druidism, lots of nature and mead but I have explored other paths, mine is certainly an electic spirituality, anything interesting or anything useful, I'm happy to take it onboard and give it a go.
A bit more personal blurb - love music, any type really but mainly rock, huge sci-fi/fantasy fan, in every medium, am treasurer for KRAP and used to be co-president of the LGBT.
My job is to keep the society running smoothly, keep the committee in line, while they do the same with me, but the important part is to listen to you guys and try and impliment ideas you have.
