Since when, in a supposedly enlightened age of tolerance, in the supposedly accepting UK, has it been acceptable to class websites dealing with paganism or Witchcraft as on a similar level of percieved immorality as swinging, hardcore S&M porn, and adultery? well according to a typically ignorant and inflammatory Daily Mail article today, it is pefectly acceptable to list sites dealing with paganism - which should be accepted as a valid religious or lifestyle choice, not something that could possibly corrupt children or something offensive along with other 'immoral' sites that they believe should not be searchable on google. Admittedly it probably doesnt suprise anyone, as the daily mail has long been the paper of the genteel-bigot, and I've long since given up reading it for anything but comedy value and the cartoons.

It was in the paper itself. I saw what he is referring to (my parents read the Nazi-rag). Basically, it was an artical about the law suit currently being directed at Google by some Christian Association for allowing "immoral" websites, pro-abortion websites, "anti-christian" websites and websites dealing in witchcraft and the occult to pay for preferential advertising on the right-hand side of searches, but when asking if they could pay for their website to be advertised, Google replied that they would not condone religious advertisements.

Ah, that's different, although, it depends if you draw a line between sites which supply information on pagan stuff or sites which sell pagan stuff as being religious or commercial.
